DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. If you look at the monopoly mans head, you can see that his head is lemon shaped. This game has ruined my life. After playing with friends, I started craving lemons, so I bought some from the store and ate them. I hated the bitter, sour taste, but I still ate the while thief. The next morning, I get a package from amazon, even though I didnt order anything. I open the box, and I find even more lemons. I took one the lemons to put it in the trash, but I end up putting the lemon in my mouth, this lemon was even more sour than before. I wanted so desperately stop eating the lemon. Salty tears fell to the ground as I ate all 50 lemons inside of that box. Later that day, I went to a restaurant with a friend. Everything on the menu had lemons in it. I ordered a hamburger, but when i got my food, all i got was a lemon. I quickly threw the lemon to the ground, and started screaming. Everyone was staring at me. I tried so hard not to eat the lemon, but i still slowly picked it up. The lemon was covered with dirt, and had a hair on it. Every nerve in my body was telling me not to eat the lemon, but I still raised it to my mouth, and ate it. I coughed and gagged after taking the first bite. I couldnt stand the sourness of this lemon. This game is the reason why. Everyday, I end up eating lemon after lemon. Whenever I drink water, it turns into lemonade. I can barley handle it anymore. So I beg you, if you dont want to eat sour lemons for the rest of your life, then NEVER ever play this game.

So, the game starts off really confusing. Finally, I figure it out and start playing. Its not fun at all. Playing the actual board game Monopoly is fun, though, but I really wish I didnt waste a dollar on this app. Grr.

No playing against other people online...like what am I missing here.

I want to be able to play with friends who are not local. This app does not allow us to play unless we are on the same WiFi. If we were in the same room we would just play the board game, so this is pointless!

Terrible game! when your difficulty goes up you cant advance in the game you get everything bad thrown at you! There are other better games.

According to all the hateful reviews, I thought Id put it to the test and see how terrible biased the ai really is and how unfair it can be. I played against 3 ai on level 3 difficulty (the hardest), didnt change any rules, and to my surprise, I won. As far as randomness goes, it seemed pretty random for the rolls, and as in difficulty, the trading was pretty tough (tried to get myself a monopoly on a relatively cheap set of houses and the ai declined a 450 trade for the place) The cpus were trading back and forth pretty constantly and ended up with the monopolies before I could manage one, but I quickly traded and got myself a monopoly and all 4 players had one. Dozens of rolls later, I knocked the ai out 1 at a time and collected all they had. iPhone 7 plus, latest iOS firmware. Not sure what the deal is with everyone but the game plays and the ai seems fair to me. They wouldnt buy my get out of jail card for 45 bucks but they wanted it for 30 multiple times. Finally accepted when I decided jail was better than going around and landing on their stuff lol. For what it is, its a fun game, seems all fair with the 1 game I played. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but the game I played was tough but fair. Tips: 1 Dont give the CPU a monopoly unless youre getting one in exchange. 2 the CPU offers a bunch of garbage trades, think before you accept. 3 update your iOS and this app (if you can). Good luck, its good fun. I would recommend this to anyone who knows the basics about an iPhone and the monopoly game and wants some fun.

Can you play with friends or not?

Thanks to the turn history it helped me confirm the computer straight cheated. It rolled doubles and landed on Virginia Ave. paid the rent owed then it rolled doubles resulting in an “8” landing it on chance. Chance card said advance to “Go” Collect $400 (yes, set to 400). It stops on Boardwalk buys the property then rolls again. It rolled 3 double got sent to jail. How is it allowed to stop on BW and buy it and not complete the chance card? Now it won’t let me post the 1st review...

I dont like it. The free version is better than this. Very disappointed !

Most rigged game ever

I was skeptical about the comments that claimed that the AI was rigged. Unfortunately, after playing about 15 games, I think they were right. The game seems to be rigged that the computer is more likely to get the positive chance/community chest cards, saving the crappy ones for you! Im OK with losing fairly, but get really annoyed when I get the short end of the stick. AI is also dumb in what it will/wont accept for trades. Very frustrating!

I started playing this game and thought it was actually pretty fun... However I am now starting to think that the game is somewhat rigged... The reason I believe this is I just went around the board about 5 or 6 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME I PASS GO I LAND ON INCOME TAX AND HAVE TO PAY $200... And Id say about 9/10 of the time when Im at the end of the board just before the starting mark I find myself landing on the spot between Boardwalk and Park Place and have to pay another $100... Not happy

When I own half the board, and it is not landed on once throughout almost the entire game, there is absolutely no other explanation than the dice rolls being rigged. This would be a really good game if the AI was given actual random dice rolls.

This app is almost useless since you cant trade with all other players. Makes the entire experience not worth it. I wont change my review until they fix this issue.

Monopoly is a fun game at it plays really close to the board game. Unfortunately the computer rolls are fixed and make the game unplayable. This is not a knee jerk reaction. Ive logged over 20 games and found the computer rolls what the computer needs almost every game. Conversely the player will roll into opponent hotels/income tax/go to jail consistently. Creator of the game did well with details and overall game play but needs to randomize the rolls for both players for game to be worth it.

Bad graphics plus confusing!!!!

Horrible waste of even $1.00 This game is rigged so the computer wins every single time. You land on all of their hotel properties they land on your Baltic ave. property only. The game is a piece of ***t. Whoever designed it must have loved Hal3000.

Totally in favor of the AI computer players. I controlled all but one monopoly. Computer never landed on my spaces, but i conveniently landed on their 10% of the board every go around, sometimes rolling a 2 or 3 to land on it a second time. Or magically sent back three spaces by a chance card to land on their property. Untill i went bankrupt. I have yet to win a game. And this is on EASY!!!
