MONOPOLY Game App Reviews

I have played four games and each time I started out winning. I owned a lot of properties not once has the computer partner landed on my properties. I am sooooo upset that I have put time into this game when it is rigged.

it needs to be optimized for larger screens. It should be kept up for being a paid app on the market still. Its optimize for a iPhone 5. Update is needed badly

I once gave this game a fair review, "Fun to play but the game heavily favors the computer player..." I now retract that. The game is entirely rigged to kill you. Ive never seen someone land on park place more than when I owned and had stacked houses on the orange and red properties. It nearly managed a comeback with one house. You have to own property such that there is no mathematical way to roll past them or the computer will find a way to pass your property time and time again. Meanwhile, you land on their property repeatedly. And if you try to use strategy against it, it will slowly but surely chip away at your bank until it wins with no buildings at all. Utter BS. There is only one good thing about this game, no micro-transactions, and if you know EA that is shocking. So to the developers, please, PLEASE, put a fair, random, dice roll in this game and truly shuffled chance/CC cards. Its just frustrating.

This was a great handheld version of Monopoly with no frills and easy play. As it has been "improved" it has not gotten better and has instead slowed down. The new money symbol was the last straw, and I removed the game. Maybe someday theyll make it good again, but that day is not today.

Update fixed the USA board properties but still the board looks blurry when it didnt look like that before. I probably understand why it was done. It was done to give support to older legacy devices but in that case why dont you add a in game graphics tuner instead of making everyone suffer low quality graphics. Developers please focus on making game better for all users not downgrading experience

Thank you for changing the names back to the originals. The Monopoly currency sign is something I like as well.

Thank you for fixing the app! -US street names restored. -You can see the top row; its not blocked by the status bar anymore. If there was an effective turn-based multiplayer (like Words With Friends) that would be amazing, but Im not complaining. App is back to 5/5, thank you for listening to us & fixing our grievances.

I love this game so much but there are a few problems. 1. You should be able to save your preferred house rules in between sets of games 2. It should be easier to select your game piece 3. Ive noticed that it cheats. For example: I landed on a railroad that someone owned and it charged me $400! Still trying to figure out why? 4. There needs to be multiplayer so I can play with my friends. Maybe even one where you can play online with people around the world

Fix the money symbol and get rid of the blur! Hard on the eyes

First off - I love the game. I play it all the time. I was annoyed when the street names all changed and am very happy that you have fixed that issue. Thanks. HOWEVER - You missed one. Please get rid of the annoying M with the line through it (European money symbol?) and put an American Dollar sign back. Four stars instead of five because of that. Features Id like to see - 1. Make it possible to optionally have "fast animation" mode on permanently. 2. Allow the feature where you touch and hold an opponents "corner" icon to display his location on the board. 3. Make the tax square actually allow the percentage option instead of an automatic $200. 4. Make an option for "house rules" that allow free parking to have $250 PLUS taxes. Please note that I am NOT complaining. I love the game. Merely making suggestions to improve it.

- AI is incredible easy to beat even on the most difficult settings. - Multiplayer has ridiculous restrictions, its local only. - Graphics can be greatly improved.

Update: the name thing has been fixed, but other usability changes make me reluctant to jump back on board. If I see more positive reviews, or another update, I will notice. Loved this game. Well designed game. A few flaws: the computer rigs dice rolls rather than being truly random. The Chance and Community cards are reshuffled each draw eliminating a key strategic opportunity. I wish I had the option to immediately unmortgage captured properties to save the extra 10%. Short of these failings its a great game.

Why are all the pieces labeled something weird? And where did the $ sign go? Whats this stupid "M" all about? Stop playing because of that and I dont recognize the trade functions no mater how often I try to figure it out... Needs to be more clear.

Im glad the original properties are back, but it still looks fuzzy to me. And the Ms are annoying lol! Other than that, its cool!

I used to thoroughly enjoy playing this app. Then came along the most recent update. Who approved this crap?

I bought the game to play others via Bluetooth and it doesnt work. I can see the hosted game but cannot join. Please fix.

Thanks for updating and fixing the names of the properties. Still a great game everybody needs to stop complaining about the silly little things

So rigged its not even funny. It pisses me off that I even spent 99 cents on this game.

The people who made this game listened to their customers demands and brought it back. Good for you! Heres the five star review I promised you! ;)
