The computer cannot count

Not only does the AI not land on any property that have hotels one them. If they roll a nine and the hotel is on nine the pawn will go ten or eight. They cannot count. Seriously owned every property on the board beside railroads and utilities and it took me over and hour after all properties were owned (and having hotels) to give up because the AI never landed on them.
